A Coruña, so bonito! Tuna festival 2025

The second edition of the gastronomic days "A Coruña, ¡qué bonito!" is here, an event in which 28 restaurants in the city create authentic delicacies with tuna from the A Coruña fish market.

This summer there are no excuses for tasting the best tuna in the world in A Coruña. Until 17 August, different restaurants are offering a total of 37 dishes made with this fish. Some of them even include the recommendation of a pairing with 1906 Estrella Galicia beers, a collaborating entity.

A Pulpeira de Melide: Albacore tuna tartare with a fried egg  /  Seared Albacore tuna, white garlic and cherries 

Arraigo: Albacore tuna tartar with tomato and peach emulsion  /  Albacore tuna with fennel foam, spinach and pine nuts 

Cantón 23: Roasted Albacore tuna, potatoes and marmitako sauce 

Charlatán: Cured Albacore tuna, cherry gazpacho and chocolate mint. Recommended pairing with 1906 La Pelirroja

Cosecha 81: Galician-style marinated Albacore tuna  /  Albacore tuna loin 

Culuca: Grilled Albacore tuna with pickled carrot. Recommended pairing with 1906 La Pelirroja

Golosía: "Goloso" style Albacore tuna 

Greca Bar: Cured Albacore tuna loin with white garlic and seasonal vegetables.  Recommended pairing with 1906 La Milnueve

Intenso: Cured Albacore tuna, yuzu and mandarin soup. Recommended pairing with 1906 La Pelirroja
